Using the existing computer software system,China National Science and Technollgy Committee conducted a second development to establish the loan management system of scientific and technological development.This system has abundant plane electronic format and handy three-dimension format.With the convenient combinaton of base and format,it makes the computer management be suitable for the requirement of their job and reach a new level in the loan management work. Using this system can save time considerably,with less development cost and high-efficientcy result.
